WGN Interview with Lou ManfrediniJohn Ratzenberger was in Chicago representing Nuts, Bolts & Thingamajigs at the FABTECH trade show in November, 2009. While in town he stopped by WGN- Radio 720AM to visit with Lou Manfredini, "Mr. Fix-It". He talked to Lou’s audience about the need to get kids more interested in tinkering and working with their hands. Otherwise there will be a severe shortage of skilled labor in fields like manufacturing, plumbing, electrical, etc. as the Baby Boomers retire. |
