2021 marks eight years of GOLF4MFG® and NBT is taking this celebrated fundraising event down south this year! Who’s ready to get out on the course, enjoy beautiful weather, and socialize with your fellow industry professionals again?
The NBT staff is excited to host the first-ever GOLF4MFG South in Charlotte, North Carolina, on Monday, April 26. A new and fun crowd of eager golfers will be ready to show off their swings and enjoy a day of friendly competition for a great cause.
GOLF4MFG is NBT’s flagship golf event traditionally held in the Chicagoland area. The foundation’s goal is to expand the fundraiser in other regions across the country to bring together members and industry partners while raising awareness of NBT’s nationwide impact in recruiting the next generation of manufacturing workers.
The inaugural GOLF4MFG South event will take place at Ballantyne Country Club, a premier Reese Jones golf club. The well-groomed fairways and greens offer players a challenging yet friendly day on the links.
Since we were unable to hold it at the FMA Virtual Annual Meeting this year, NBT will host a Silent Auction during the awards reception following golf. A variety of unique services and gift items will be featured. Donate an item to get your company’s name and services in front of key decision-makers! Auction donations are tax-deductible as a charitable contribution.

Proceeds from GOLF4MFG South support NBT’s summer manufacturing camp and scholarship programs. Since inception, NBT has awarded nearly $1.2 million in summer manufacturing camp grants and more than $1.1 million in scholarship awards to support the future of manufacturing.
